Application for Subdivision
A Subdivision permit is required to subdivide property. A distinction is made between boundary line adjustments, minor subdivisions, and major subdivisions. Boundary line adjustments and minor subdivisions can be approved by the Administrative Officer. A major subdivision is any subdivision that creates three or more lots; major subdivision applications require review at a public hearing before the Development Review Board. All subdivisions, whether boundary line adjustments, minor subdivisions, or major subdivisions, must be surveyed.
