Development Review Board Notice of Hearing
A public hearing before the Development Review Board of the Town of Barnard, Vermont, will be held at the Barnard Town Hall upstairs (front entrance) on Wednesday, December 11, starting at 5:00 PM to consider the following:
John Graham of Twin Farms LLC, 452 Royalton Turnpike, Barnard, VT 05031, has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Zoning Permit for Parcel 04-820. The proposed project is described as follows: construction of a new spa building, parking area, access drive and parking modifications, and utilities on the northern portion of the property.
A site visit will be held, meeting at 441 Royalton Turnpike preceding the hearing at 4:30 PM.
