NOTICE OF HEARING

A public hearing before the Development Review Board of the Town of Barnard, Vermont, will
be held at the Barnard Town Hall on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 7:00 PM to consider the
following:

The Barnard Selectboard submitted a notice of appeal dated January 21, 2026 regarding a
decision of the Administrative Officer dated January 7, 2026, in which the Administrative Officer
determined that a constructed travel way on the property on Barnard Parcel #03-0404 on Lime
Pond Rd, “…does not constitute a Driveway, Private Road, or Road or Street as those terms are
defined in the Barnard Unified Zoning & Subdivision Regulations.”

A copy of the Administrative Officer’s Determination may be obtained by contacting the
Administrative Officer at 802-234-9211 x2, or by emailing zoning@barnardvt.us.

Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. §§ 4464(a)(1)(C) and 4471(a), participation in this local proceeding is a
prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
